Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025

Time to grab your luggage and passport, today is travel day! Make sure you have your flight itinerary saved in your phone and print copies for quick access. All travelers will arrive in Dubai (DXB).

Thursday, April 3rd, 2025

Welcome to DUBAI! Guests will arrive throughout the day and be transported to the hotel. Tonight, Niyah and Valorie will host our group meet and greet. We will enjoy drinks and appetizers as we get to know each other.

Friday, April 4th, 2025

We will visit Modern Town, Old Town, and Dubai Museum. Lunch/ Shopping at the Dubai Gold & Spice Souks. We will transfer back to the hotel to prepare for our “BLACK and GOLD” Welcome Dinner. We will enjoy the Dubai Fountain Show on the Boardwalk after dinner. Transfer back to the hotel for the night.

Saturday, April 5th, 2025

Today we’ll dress in traditional attire “Abaya” and head to Abu Dhabi to visit the Sheikl Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world. Afterward, we will grab lunch at the Mall below the mosque. We will meet our transport to complete a viewing of the Emirates Palace and Abu Dhabi Corniche. Transfer back to the hotel for a free evening to relax poolside or experience Dubai nightlife. (See activity guide for popular options)

Sunday, April 6th, 2025

You have seen and learned some great things about Dubai and met some new friends, so take the day to explore Dubai on your own. Enjoy one of the BEAUTIFUL beaches or take advantage of the many activities Dubai has to offer. (See activity guide for popular options) We will meet back at the hotel lobby at 7:00 pm to depart for our dinner cruise.

Monday, April 7th, 2025

You can choose from options in your Dubai Guide to fill your morning or rest. Around midday we will be visiting the Dubai Frame and the beautiful Miracle Garden. Our evening will be exploring the magnificent Global Village for shopping, eating, shows and enjoying many different cultures.

Tuesday, April 8th, 2025

Enjoy a free morning exploring Dubai independently. We will meet in the lobby at 2:15 pm for our evening excursion. Today you will be picked up in a 4X4 land cruiser and head to the desert. You will be able to try a traditional BBQ dinner. Before arriving at the campsite, we will enjoy 30 minutes of dune bashing. Upon arriving at the camp, take the time to experience a camel ride, get a small henna tattoo and/or hookah. Enjoy the live entertainment and much more. Transfer back to Dubai to prepare for tomorrow’s departure.

Wednesday, April 9th, 2025

We have reached the end of our time in the United Arab Emirates. Feel free to enjoy hotel amenities and grab breakfast. Hotel check-out time is noon. You will be transferred for your departure flight 3-4 hours before your departure time. We appreciate you for trusting us to create memorable moments here in Dubai. Please remember to post your favorite pictures of the trip in the WhatsApp group and please leave a review of your experience.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

– 4 wheeling at the desert safari

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ROOMMATE CANCELS?

If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised single rate or you can replace them. Any cancelations within 60 days of the event are your responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them.

WHAT SHOULD I TAKE WITH ME?

Valid passport. An email copy of the itinerary and suggested packing list will be sent within 2 weeks of the trip.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY HOTEL ITINERARY?

Specific hotel accommodation will be received within 2 weeks of the trip with our trip packages and details.

DO I NEED VISA?

You will not need a visa.

ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?

Yes, a payment plan is available. After your initial $300 deposit the remaining balance will be divided into 5 monthly payments. All payments will be due by the 1st of each month. Your balance must be paid in full no later than March 1st, 2025. Defaulted plans must be reinstated within 31 business days of default, or risk complete cancellation and no refund/credit.

PACKAGE PRICING?

– Prices are listed per person; price includes all activities listed on agenda (unless indicated as optional)
– If you’d like to be matched with another guest, select the 2-person option only, and email NVluxurytravel@gmail.com stating you’d like a roommate or check the option on the google registration form.

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL? WHY SHOULD WE TRAVEL IN A GROUP?

Group travel is safe, fun and much less stress than planning things alone. NV Luxury Travel is special, because we actually know our destinations very well. Most places we’ve visited and made connections with locals to make our group tips even more special. We’ve designed our trips to give everyone a chance to be part of the group activities and also leave time for individual exploration. All activities are optional. We want you to do as much (or as little) as you want! A Dubai activity guide, built by our staff, will be provided to help you find and book additional activities to cater to your personal fulfillment and unique preferences. You can have it all! We’ve carefully planned out every tour and day to make sure you don’t miss the iconic spots, as well as lesser-known places to make for an unforgettable experience.

CAN I CHANGE MY PACKAGE?

Yes, you can adjust your package if you want to add or subtract people or add additional days to your package. Any changes are subject to a $100 change fee and must be made in writing via email to NVluxurytravel@gmail.com.

All packages are non-refundable due to contractual obligations unless travel insurance is purchased. Travel Insurance is available for an additional cost per person via a third party. Refunds will not be provided due to a roommate’s cancellation. Trips can be transferred to another person for the existing trip only (request via email). It is your responsibility to find a replacement for your package and provide replacement information via email. We offer flexible partial payments as a courtesy and convenience. Additional fees may be charged for late payments.

REFUNDS

We have a no exchange/no-refund policy. We highly encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance for emergency needs. In some cases, paid funds may be transferred to another traveler attending the same trip at the same time. A cancellation fee of $150 may be assessed to cover contract obligations.
